Join Geneva On The Lake for this exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring award winning wines from Trestle 31. Come enjoy wine presentation by winemaker Nova Cadamatre while savoring well created and delicious dishes by Geneva On The Lake’s Chef Team.
Trestle 31 Winery, a family-owned pioneer from New York’s Finger Lakes region is proudly celebrating its ten-year anniversary in 2025. Geneva On The Lake is proud to host the first wine dinner as one of the many celebratory events Trestle 31 is having throughout the year.
Founded in 2015 by Nova Cadamatre MW, the first female winemaker in the US to achieve the Master of Wine designation and her husband Brian, Trestle 31 grew from an initial dream to a thriving business. Having worked for and made wines at esteemed properties throughout California and New York, Nova and Brian wanted to create something of their own from a region they love. Trestle 31 has quickly become known as one of the top wineries in the Finger Lakes focused on quality and hand crafted wines and was named a Winery to Watch by Wine Spectator in June of 2018. Their current portfolio focuses on dry styles of Riesling, Chardonnay, Rose, and Cabernet Franc.

2025 Around the World Wine Dinner Series
Dates Announced!
Join us in 2025 for our popular “Around the World Wine Dinner Series.” In this very special series we showcase different wine and cuisine from around the world. Each series includes a flight that consists of one Finger Lakes wine and two others from different regions of the world. Let our chef team and Wine Director, Stephanie Fenner take you on a wine and culinary journey as they explain each course and pairing.

May 24 – Dry Rose
June 21 – Pinot Gris
August 30 – Carbonated Wines
September 27 – Zweigelt

We will also be hosting three very special wine events during the year including our coast to coast dinner, Beaujolais Nouveau release party and a very special wine dinner in February to kick off the new year.
