An Evening of Dueling Wines

Join us for this exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring award winning wines from Hosmer Winery and Apollo’s Praise presented by winemakers Julia Hoyle & Kelby Russel. Experience and compare a wine from each winery with the three main courses. This unique event will be full of elevated fare and flavors designed and created by the team of culinary professionals at Geneva On The lake.

Hosmer Winery located on Cayuga Lake and their talented winemaker Julia Hoyle will be showcasing some of the amazing wines that Hosmer has to offer while winemaker Kelby J. Russell from Apollo’s Praise is front and center with his award winning Kabinett Style Reisling, recently named a top 50 wine in the United States by Decanter. An accolade usually reserved for west coast wines now highlights the Finger Lakes and brings notoriety to an all too often overlooked wine region.

Join us in 2025 for our popular “Around the World Wine Dinner Series.” In this very special series we showcase different wine and cuisine from around the world. Each series includes a flight that consists of one Finger Lakes wine and two others from different regions of the world. Let our chef team and Wine Director, Stephanie Fenner take you on a wine and culinary journey as they explain each course and pairing.
