Diciannovi Dieci (1910) is partnering with local breweries and local Butchers to create a beer and food pairing experience. Be seated at a communal table and enjoy a 4-course Prix Fixe menu.
Each date offers different food and beer options:

Autumns Harvest, Lake Drum & Diciannove Dieci (1910)

1st Course . . .

Thai chicken salad

Boneless chicken thigh in a yellow curry marinade, with Sunflower Seed butter and coconut sauce. Accompanied by cucumber, arugula and fresh herbs dressed with a soy, coconut and lime dressing topped with fried rice noodles.

Paired with Pulteney Pils (Pilsner)

 

2nd course . . .

Brisket Mac & Cheese

Thin slices of slow cooked Brisket with a house made barbecue piled high on top of creamy NY sharp cheddar cavatappi pasta. House made dill pickles and micro carrot greens from Mush-Love Greens

Paired with Cicada Haze (New England IPA)

 

3rd course . . .

Pork Involtini

Roasted Pork Loin "pin-wheel" stuffed with Prosciutto, gorgonzola, pine nuts and Rosemary. Wrapped in thick slices of bacon. Served over Dijon and pancetta pan gravy. Joined by a medley of colorful farm fresh vegetables

Paired with Spruce Tip (IPA)

 

4th course . . .

Cookie and Cream

Bacon and chocolate chip cookie sandwich stuffed with Cherry bourbon and bone marrow frozen custard. This cookiewich delicacy showcases how your local butcher can be an epic player in your dessert!

Paired with Bowen Porter (Porter)
