Around the World Wine Dinner Series
Join us for our "Around the World Wine and Food Series". Throughout the year we will be launching a new flight that compares one Finger Lakes with two others around the world. Each wine is paired with a dish that originated from each region. Guests will be seated at a communal table in our DaVinci room.

Finger Lakes:
Cobb Style Salad with Fried Chicken
Dudley Poultry chicken, breaded and fried, served with “farm stand” produce and chef raised eggs, dressed with a red wine & mustard vinaigrette.
Austria:
Austrian Spaetzle
Baked with fresh herbs, caramelized onions and gruyere.
Santa Barbara:
Cali Fish Taco (Baja Style)
Tilapia fried in a corona batter, citrus brine cabbage and red onion, in a flour tortilla dressed with lime cream.
