A guided tour of the production building, an opportunity to meet winemaker(s), take and enjoy tank and/or barrel samples, learn about fermentation and winemaking, and do some hands-on tests. After the tour, enjoy a curated pairing in the Gallery and learn a little bit more about the wines of Anthony Road. This will include 4 wines, each paired with a specific bite to help guests explore wine and food pairing.

Welcome to our first elevated experience in our new tasting room at Six Eighty Wine Cellars. We are going to walk you through a wine tasting curated by our Winemaker Ian Barry focusing on Earthenware. Accompanying your tasting you will get a charcuterie board with locally sourced ingredients. After our tasting we will walk over to our production facility to see all of our vessels and to get a tank sample of Ian’s choosing from our 2023 vintage. We hope you enjoy our approach to ancient winemaking practices and philosophies with a modern-day twist.

This includes a taste of Method Champenoise wine before it goes through the Riddling and Disgorgement process. Don’t know what that is? You will find out during this unique tasting experience! The winery will also provide guests with Cheese & Charcuterie boards that highlight some of the best artisanal producers in New York State, including Lively Run Dairy located right here on Seneca Lake. An exclusive experience at Boundary Breaks Vineyard
“Join Boundary Breaks owners Bruce Murray and Diana Lyttle for an afternoon devoted to Riesling, the signature wine of the Finger Lakes. You will start with a introductory glass of Bubbly Riesling,and learn the history of this classic grape variety. Weather permitting, we will take a walk into the vineyard to see Riesling vines as they are pruned for the coming season. Returning inside, you will get to taste many styles of Riesling, both extremely dry and then some that are sweeter. These will be paired with small bites that show how food-friendly Riesling can be. Finally, you will get to taste how Riesling is one of the few white wines that ages well; you’ll enjoy Riesling dessert wines, including a stunning Riesling Ice Wine from 2014.
