Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. We are pleased to offer luggage storage outside of check in and check out times.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Since we are a small boutique property, each booking impacts our inventory, and we continually aspire to provide an exceptional experience to all our guests. To ensure that we maintain our standards, we require a 100% reservation deposit to confirm your reservation. If you are making a Reservation using a Gift or Accommodations Certificate, please call the hotel directly (unless otherwise specified on the gift certificate).
Cancellations made less than 14 days of the arrival date are not refundable.
Pet Policy
Our townhouse suites our the only accommodations where a pet is permitted. A direct call to reservations is necessary to reserve for a pet. There is a $50/night/pet fee applied at check in.
Smoking Policy
Geneva On The Lake and all indoor facilities are Non-Smoking, although we do offer a designated outdoor smoking area. Please note that a $500.00 smoking fee will apply to any room in which smoking occurs.

Donations
As you might imagine, we receive many requests each year for charitable donations. Please mail donation requests on the letterhead of your organization to Geneva On The Lake or call with questions. We review each request upon receipt and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Health & Safety
Geneva On The Lake is committed to the health and safety of both our guests and our staff.
Daily housekeeping is provided to guests staying two or more nights.
Special attention is also given to our communal areas and hand sanitizer is available throughout the property.

Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Geneva, New York. We have built our site with ADA compliance in mind and have utilized available tools such as achecker.ca and Google Chrome’s ADA compatibility diagnostic tools. Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing.
