Two eggs, Schrader Meat’s local bacon or sausage, home fries and toast

Caprese Salad

Fresh mozzarella, basil & garden tomatoes with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Eggs Benedict

Two poached eggs over a local Canadian bacon (or smoked salmon) on a toasted Ciabatta bread with hollandaise sauce

French Toast & Bacon or Sausage

with local maple syrup

Eggs Florentine

Poached eggs, sour cream, Parmesan, spinach & tomatoes and toast
